The Love your Body approach is a holistic method of exercise and well-being that integrates each individuals life, body, mind & soul.
The movement vocabulary is based in modern dance technique, and inspired by many forms of physical training such as fitness science, yoga, pilates, neuromuscular training and more. It transforms and conditions your body while at the same time enlivening and centering your energy level.
