Informed Body is Hayes Valley’s premiere Pilates studio dedicated to the highest standards in customized fitness. Conceptualized as Inform Pilates in 2000 and expanded into Informed Body in 2007, this decade old business has maintained a strong and loyal client base by providing quality training in a beautiful environment.

Our approach to Pilates is extremely hands on. Whether you are in a private, trio or small group class, our goal is to make sure you are experiencing the nuances of Pilates which make you stronger, more flexible and balanced.  We believe classes should remain small so everyone can get private instruction at all price points.
